Renegade Network Marketer - The Secret To Building A Successful MLM Business!

Tuesday 30 October 2007 @ 4:50 pm

Many network marketing systems are run along the same lines…find people willing to listen to your offer and then plug them into your company’s system.

The problem with many of these is there are limitations to the extent of success one can experience implementing them and many distributors tend to “hit a brick wall” at some stage during their growth phase.

The secret… The Renegade Network Marketer - build a system within a system. Provided one can play within the company’s strict rules and regulations then the opportunities are increased in building a successful business.

The Renegade Network Marketer

A good example of a successful network marketing system in recent times is the Renegade program. Author Ann Sieg became frustrated with the old outdated methods of prospecting which have existed in the MLM business since it began.

Ann set out to find a legitimate way to attract targeted prospects into her funnel and found the answer by merging both online tactics with those used offline.

The major problem for network marketers in this business is trying to stay out of the red financially during the first year of operation. Finding a way to earn money on the front end while building your business is not easy but the answer came in the form of creating something of value for prospects during the initial lead targeting phase.

The idea of applying an affiliate-based program within an MLM program seemed a little ambitious but the Renegade system has proven that it does work and is proving successful.

It hasn’t resonated too well with old school MLM’ers and has created some animosity within the industry however, surviving the first few months of any network marketing system is the key for any distributor to build a strong enough foundation to launch a successful business.

Cash flow in the initial stages will at least give a distributor the heart to continue without joining the massive number of network marketers who end up on the scrap heap during their first few months in business.

The Renegade Network Marketer will help you address this situation.

Paid Survey Mistakes - How To Avoid Getting Burned By Surveys

Tuesday 30 October 2007 @ 4:38 pm

What are the biggest mistakes people make when applying for paid surveys? The industry has received a bad rap in many circles mainly because of a few unscrupulous operators however, it still remains as one of the few genuine opportunities for people to add some extra income to their bottom line every month.

One of the attractions of the paid survey arena is it’s promise of making easy money. People are obsessed with earning a fast buck and more to the point, earning it for very little work.

Yes, paid surveys offer you the opportunity to earn money for little work but for newcomers to the business, negotiating their way through the legitimate opportunities is like attempting to safely walk through a minefield.

Believe it or not, being successful in paid surveys does require work and it’s not just a “walk in the park.” The nature of the work is easy but maintaining a constant stream of opportunities filtering through to you can take a little doing.

Five Paid Survey Mistakes

So let’s look at some of the biggest mistakes you can make when searching for survey opportunities:

1. The number one mistake people make is they don’t do enough research. In many cases, they’re blinded by the guarantee of instant wealth and this is a definite no no.

2. Paying for a list of survey sites when the information is generally freely available.

3. Part of your research criteria should be checking as many reviews as you possibly can. The online survey forums are the best source of information on the various number of opportunities out there.

4. Giving away your personal information is like giving those with less than desirable intentions the keys to your castle.

5. Attempting to make a big income by just completing the occasional survey will not help you make that mortgage payment this month. Those earning good money in this industry are working reasonably hard, despite the fact that this business is supposed to offer paid surveys jobs for little work.

MLM Leads - The People You Should Really Be Targeting In MLM

Monday 29 October 2007 @ 4:07 pm

Who are you targeting in search of MLM leads? Is your prospecting all over the place and along the lines of “throwing stuff against the wall” and seeing what sticks?

Yes, most have a system they can follow provided by their well meaning upline but in most cases, the MLM leads generation process is still using outdated methods which quite frankly, most just don’t want to pursue or simply wont.

Because people immediately put up a barrier when they’re asked to present their offer to relatives, friends and people they see occasionally such as business owners.

Take my case for example. When I first entered the network marketing arena I had a problem with talking to people about my business. Going on social outings with friends and relatives became a nightmare because I no longer looked at them as friends but instead, as prospects and I was uncomfortable with this.

This was no way to generate MLM leads for my liking and I would soon quit. Not once but several times. Does this story sound familiar to you? It’s one of the most common reasons why people will quit their MLM opportunity within the first 90 days and in the end, a total waste of time and resources for both themselves and their sponsors.

So what’s the answer. Network marketers. That’s right, the same people who are operating or have operated the same business model you have.

Why are network marketers most likely to be the most receptive to your offer. Well, let’s face it, they joined the MLM business in the past for a reason and it’s quite likely they were looking for a vehicle to help them fulfill their financial dreams.

The truth is, the attrition rate in this industry is enormous, most network marketers are unhappy with their current opportunity and many are between companies. And with so many network marketing companies to choose from, loyalty is likely to be severely tested.

If you can show them a way to generate MLM leads without hassling friends and relatives you will win in today’s network marketing environment.

Find Out About Different Tactics To Affiliate Marketing

Monday 29 October 2007 @ 2:37 pm

The Internet is designed to be changing and dynamic. People who visit your website want to see content that is new and filled with ideas and business promotions. If people visit your website and don’t see new content on a frequent basis they’ll think that your site is stagnant and has been abandoned without any customer service there for them to rely on. The home page of your website is one of the most important aspects of your online marketing strategy. It’s the content of your home page that gives your business a brand. The more useful and professional the information on your home page is the more credit you bring to your product or service.

The Internet is one of the best places for consumers to find out about new products such as affiliate elite software and services. This places the net above television, radio, magazines, and newspapers. When you use the Internet to promote your product or service you have the opportunity to reach a multitude of potential customers anywhere at any time. The web is one of the most powerful mediums for reaching and influencing people and the decisions they make about business.

Components of Good Content

One of the key ingredients to success on the Internet is creating website content that Internet users want to read. When you have content that is (1) interesting, (2) factual, and (3) well written, you have some of the main tools that you need to get the desired traffic to your online website.

Writing Decisions: When you first start writing content for your website you’ll find yourself facing many decisions before you even sit down at the keyboard or pick up a pen. As you begin to develop the content on your website pages you’ll find that you’re often changing many of your first instinct decisions. This is all part of the process of writing. But how can you most efficiently sort out all you need to think about so that you develop website content that users want to read?

It’s important that you find out what it is that Internet users are looking for on the Internet so that you can focus your website content on these issues. Take some time to study at the top hits in the search engines for products or services that are similar to what you’re selling. Even though these top ranked websites are most likely using Search Engine Optimization techniques you can still read what it is that they’re using to draw in the crowd. Take some of these concepts and include them in the flow of your web content….but ONLY if these concepts enhance what you’re writing and are entirely relevant to the products or services that you’re selling. Keep in mind that although one website may be at the top of the search engine rankings today, it won’t take them long to fall back into the ranks of “mediocre websites”. Websites that rely on SEO techniques don’t give people the information that they’re looking for to keep them coming back. How many times have you yourself searched a topic in a search engine only to find that the top hit is filled with articles and web content that has nothing to do with what the website is all about?

Online Survey Scams - The Secret To Avoiding Survey Scams

Monday 29 October 2007 @ 12:52 pm

Being exposed to online survey scams is almost part and parcel with surfing the web for income making opportunities. Well, I’m not sure you can actually avoid them but you can certainly be a little more prudent about what’s believable and what’s not.

A good sales pitch can convince even the most hard-nosed shopper out there so don’t feel guilty if you’ve been sucked into the vacuum of one of these online survey scams.

Making a quick buck and if you happen to be in their line of fire believe me, take it from someone who has, it’s hard to resist some of the irresistible offers thrown at you.

First rule in avoiding the temptation of being lured into online survey scams is if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is. If more people adhered to this saying or even printed it on a piece of paper and put it somewhere they can see it on a regular basis then less victims would fall prey to scam artists.

Online survey scams are particularly tempting to the elderly in the community with very little online experience. Adding some extra income to their retirement benefits or pensions sounds like an appealing thought but the web doesn’t distinguish between the young and the old and can be an unforgiving environment.

Wonderful testimonials are another way online survey scams can lure you into their web. Also be careful of documented proof because as with testimonials, they can be fabricated.

Guarantees are another no no in the survey arena. Really, the only thing that can be guaranteed is a full refund of money paid for being unsatisfied with results. But here is the kicker… you shouldn’t have to part with money in the first place to take part in online surveys.

Keep that in mind the next time you come across a site wanting some form of compensation for a list of paid survey opportunities or payment for getting you jobs.

Evaulate Your Web Site Performance

Monday 29 October 2007 @ 10:47 am

The very first step of an Internet marketing campaign is setting up a website, and the success (or failure) of your site depends greatly on how specifically you have defined your website goals. You really should know what you want your site to accomplish, because if you don’t, it will most likely fail to accomplish anything. Without setting specific goals to guide you in developing and monitoring your website, all your site will be is an online announcement that you are in business.

Normally a marketing website has to stimulate visitors to take some form of action. This can be filling out a form,so you or someone from your company can contact them. It can be joining a newsletter or just simply urge them to buy a product on the site. Several steps can be used to make sure a website is fully optimized for your visitors.

Of course the most simple method for finding out how your site is doing, is finding out how many visitors have visited the website. Most hosting accounts offer c-panel access, which includes a visitor statistics script like awstats. A month in which you haven’t been doing any unusual offline promotional activities, is a good baseline measurement.

Keep in mind that just because hunderd of people have visited your site, it does not mean your site is successful. As said before, marketing websites are mostly designed to make the visitors actually do something there. Next the number of visitors, it is equally important to monitor the number of visitors to your site who made a purchase. This is called the conversion rate of the site, and it is an essential element of the efficiency of your website.

If one wants to calculate the conversion rate of a site, take the total number of visitors per month and figure out the percentage of them that actually performed the action the site is set up for. If for example, there where 2,500 people visiting a site, and only 20 of them purchased a product, the site conversion rate equals 0.8%. To get this figure, take the number of visitors who have made a purchase and divide that figure by the total number of visitors. Then multiply that result by 100 (25 / 2000 X 100).

If you are doing ongoing affiliate promotions or promoting your own products, you should continue to improve your sales using split-testing software.
This way you can
.. test competing affiliate programs and find out which program is most profitable.
.. split-test your landing or home page to see which page converts better so you make more sales.
.. test your opt-in page so you build a bigger list.

GoTryThis is a great example of such software. In 2006 it was selected the Best Internet Marketing Product of the Year. GoTryThis will not only let you do split testing, but you can also track and cloak all of your links. Use it on your own site and learn what links people click on. This way you can optimize your site even further. Also use it in your advertising campaign and you will have live updated stats of which campaign is working for you and which campaign should be stopped.

In July 2006 GoTryThis accepted only 1500 customers to buy their “black hat” full options version. Now, for only a limited time, you can get your hands on one of the best tracking, cloaking and split testing software.

Network Marketing Leads - The Secrets To Attracting Responsive MLM Leads

Saturday 27 October 2007 @ 2:24 pm

Being in business for yourself is an attractive proposition for many people simply because they can control their own success patterns on most occasions. Generating your own network marketing leads is paramount to running a successful MLM business.

If that’s the case then why do so many distributors choose to purchase leads which in the main, are unresponsive and a waste of money?

I’m not sure what the answer is but I’d venture to say it’s an easy way out for them meaning it’s work they don’t have to do and they are willing to pay someone else to do the work.

Remember I mentioned unresponsive earlier. That’s where the problem lies. You would be better off going back to the dim, dark age of MLM prospecting and using the three foot rule again or simply harassing your friends and family.

Why? The trouble with canvassing and phoning prospects generated by a third party is you have no idea how old these leads are, whether they are second, third, fourth or even fifth hand, or where they were generated from.

Listen up! There is no short cut to lead generation in the network marketing business. Unless you are generating your own leads, you have no control over your marketing. As far as responsive is concerned, provided you marketed your offer in the correct channels and only to people who are looking for what you have to offer, your self-sought network marketing leads will be real time.

That is, as soon as they come in, you know they haven’t been through the worldwide prospecting channels and been canvassed by countless other people. Generating your own network marketing leads means you don’t have to rely on one avenue.

You can market in any number of areas and any number of ways to targeted prospects and at the end of the day, the leads you generate are uniquely yours.

Remember these two words when you are prospecting in your MLM business… exclusive and responsive. That’s what you’re after when looking for potential people to look at your business offer.
