MLM Leads - Creating A Consistent Stream Of MLM Leads

Tuesday 25 September 2007 @ 2:21 pm

Who are you targeting in search of MLM leads? Is your prospecting all over the place and along the lines of “throwing stuff against the wall” and seeing what sticks?

Yes, most have a system they can follow provided by their well meaning upline but in most cases, the MLM leads generation process is still using outdated methods which quite frankly, most just don’t want to pursue or simply wont.

Because people immediately put up a barrier when they’re asked to present their offer to relatives, friends and people they see occasionally such as business owners.

Take my case for example. When I first entered the network marketing arena I had a problem with talking to people about my business. Going on social outings with friends and relatives became a nightmare because I no longer looked at them as friends but instead, as prospects and I was uncomfortable with this.

This was no way to generate MLM leads for my liking and I would soon quit. Not once but several times. Does this story sound familiar to you? It’s one of the most common reasons why people will quit their MLM opportunity within the first 90 days and in the end, a total waste of time and resources for both themselves and their sponsors.

So what’s the answer?…Network marketers. That’s right, the same people who are operating or have operated the same business model you have.

Why are network marketers most likely to be the most receptive to your offer. Well, let’s face it, they joined the MLM business in the past for a reason and it’s quite likely they were looking for a vehicle to help them fulfil their financial dreams.

The truth is, the attrition rate in this industry is enormous, most network marketers are unhappy with their current opportunity and many are between companies. And with so many network marketing companies to choose from, loyalty is likely to be severely tested.

If you can show them a way to generate MLM leads without hassling friends and relatives you will win in today’s network marketing environment.

Camcorder Accessories Many Resources to Improve Your Camcoder Experience

Monday 24 September 2007 @ 11:08 am

Every camcorder needs an accessory that will improve its performance and provide a more enjoyable experience for the user. A camcorder can be compared to a family member which can be taken along to weddings, parties as well as all family gatherings, and of course, on holidays and festive occasions such as Christmas and New Years. Thus, a camcorder can be enhanced to give even better performance by adding some useful camcorder accessories. There are quite a few different camcorder accessories, some of which are Head Cleaner Tape, Filters, Portable Tripod, Camcorder Bag, and extended battery.

What Is The Value Of The Most Common Camcorder Accessories?

You could do without the worn out recording head and so need to maintain it by using a Head Cleaner Tape which will give the head a good cleaning. When playing or recording the video, there is a certain amount of dust that is deposited on the head and, if ignored, over time may result in problems like dropouts, where video frames begin to go missing, and even worse, a tape jam. Buying a head cleaning tape is a useful camcorder accessory that will save hundreds of dollars by preventing damage to the camcorder head. Article on: 8mm Camcorder

Sometimes a filter can be a useful camcorder accessory which will boost the colors as well as widen the vista of the video experience by acting like sunglasses for the camcorder. The polarizing filter is a camcorder accessory that not only boosts the colors but also gets rid of glass reflections that are a constant headache. A warming filter will make the skin tone look more natural and it is possible to buy a set of filters, also.

A camcorder accessory that is very compatible with a camcorder is the portable tripod, which will go a long way in improving the video capture process by providing much needed stability. A useful camcorder accessory, the Sunpak 1001D costs only $11 and is so small that it would easily fit inside a pocket but is useful enough to help place the camcorder on a table or on the wall to allow the user to pan and tilt when taking shots. The camcorder needs a storage space that it can call its own and the ideal camcorder accessory for this is the Camcorder Bag, which can not only hold the camcorder but also tapes, DVDs, filters, spare batteries and any other assortment of knick knacks that are on hand. In addition, there is usually a wide selection of camcorder bags to choose from.

The battery of the camcorder is sure to run out after it has expended itself and so a very important camcorder accessory is an extended battery. A good extended battery can boost camera use up to three or four hours and is beneficial as a backup battery.

The Secret To Network Marketing Success!

Friday 21 September 2007 @ 1:04 pm

Are you achieving network marketing success? No, then you need to take a step back and ask yourself why?

Granted, network marketing success won’t happen overnight but as the old saying says… “it will happen if you apply some proven principles.”

If you have been listening to your upline and followed clearly everything they’ve advised you to do yet your bank balance is showing in the red and you haven’t sponsored anyone yet guess what… it might be time to stop listening to what they say and perhaps start doing what they do.

What am I talking about? I’m talking about being recruited into a system one way yet being taught another. Yes, it happens in fact, more often than not. I’m not sure why new distributors are told to use certain tactics while their upline don’t.

I remember clearly being signed on through a clever attraction method which was why I joined; because I wanted to use the exact same method. It appealed to me and made a lot of sense. I was a targeted prospect and wanted to listen to what they had to say.

Strange thing was, when I joined I was told the preferred and most effective method to use was to buy and cold call leads.

Huh!

What’s going on? What about the method used to bring me into the business? I was told in no uncertain manner I wasn’t ready for it. Well, you can guess what happened then. They had a very unhappy new distributor on their hands who simply hated cold calling or the thought of wasting money on untargeted leads.

I figured out the game they were playing and didn’t hang around for long. But I also figured out how I was attracted into the business and did some research and testing.

The truth is, under no circumstances recruit anyone into your MLM business one way and then teach them another. It’s a surefire way of killing any chance of network marketing success you may experience.

What Are The Advantages Of Sosial Networking

Thursday 20 September 2007 @ 2:51 pm

Each day, in the United States, millions of Americans communicate with each other online. In addition to communicating with other Americans, many are communicating with those on the other side of the world. This communication is due, largely in part, to online social networking websites or social bookmarking sites. If you are interested in joining the growing number of internet users who use social networking websites, you will have to find a network to join.

When it comes to finding social networking websites, you have a number of different options. Perhaps, the easiest way to find a social networking website is by performing a standard internet search. You may want to search with the words social networking or social networking websites. Whichever search phrase you choose, there is a good chance that you will be presented with a long list of websites.

You can also find and familiarize yourself with social networking websites by talking to those that you know. The internet, as well as social networks, has rapidly increased in popularity. That popularity means that there is a good chance that one of your relatives, friends, coworkers, or neighbors has used a specific social networking website in the past. In fact, many may have even used more than one. If you know someone who has, you will want to ask them their recommendations. You will find that most social networking websites come highly rated, but there are some out there that may not even be worth your time.

In addition to speaking to those that you actually know, you can also seek recommendations from those that you do not personally know. You can do this online. Online, you should be able to find a number of websites that discuss social networking sites. Many of these websites have reviewed a collection of social networking sites. In addition to reviews and other articles, you should also be able to speak with other internet users on online message boards. Like speaking to one of your friends, many internet users would be more than willing to let you know what social networking websites are worth the time and which ones are not.

Although it is nice to receive recommendations from those that you know or other internet users, you are advised to make your own decision. Whether or not a social networking website comes highly recommended, you are still encouraged to check it out first. A large number of social networking websites are free to use; therefore, there are no risks associated with giving the site a try. Despite the fact that most online social networking sites are free to use, there are some that you must pay for. A large number of these websites offer free trials. Even if the trial period is only for a few days, you should easily be able to get a feel of the site’s environment and determine whether or not it is right for you.

In your search for a social networking or web2.0 website, whether you perform your own internet search or rely on recommendations from others, you should be able to find a number of popular websites. Those websites may include, but should not be limited to, Yahoo! 360, MySpace, Classmates, and Orkut. The good news about this is that if you are not satisfied with the social networking website you joined, you don’t have to worry; there are many more available for you to choose from.

Using Business Intelligence For Competitive Business Advantage

Wednesday 19 September 2007 @ 6:52 pm

Is your company using business intelligence software and systems to give you a competitive edge? If you are a very small business, it probably doesn’t make sense. But if your company is larger, perhaps you should consider…

Business Intelligence (BI) generally refers to technologies that are used to analyze and provide strategic intelligence about the operations of a business. Larger companies have vast amounts of data available to them. And with competitive pressures in today’s markets, businesses need to utilize company data to understand their business and stay competitive.

Production data, demographic information, sales figures and the like can be synthesized into a form useful for making better strategic business decisions. For example, a business intelligence system could aggregate sales numbers by month and year and compare current figures to historical values. These aggregated sales figures could then be displayed in a simple tabular format (Excel, PDF, or HTML) and/or converted into graphical representations (charts, graphs, gauges, dial indicators, etc.). The synthesized data could then be displayed on a simple report in the form of a dashboard (analogous to a dashboard on a car or airplane) that shows all of that data in an easy to read, intuitive format.

Business intelligence (BI) uses many data related technologies. Data warehouses, document management, knowledge management, data mining, online analytical processing (OLAP), multidimensional analysis (based on creating n-dimensional data cubes) to name a few. Because today’s companies have so many divergent computer systems and applications, it is usually a complex task to aggregate data from so many varying sources. Creating BI systems often ends up being much more complex than original estimates.

Business intelligence is a relatively new technology. Because of the dependence of BI technologies on databases, data warehouses and related computer technologies, BI has not been possible till recently. It was in 1989 that Howard Dresner of the Gartner Group helped to popularize the term business intelligence.

Currently, the largest vendor of business intelligence software is Business Objects SA. Business Objects SA is a French company (NASDAQ: BOBJ) which was founded in 1991. The company claims to have over 40,000 customers worldwide. Like many of the larger software environments, there are a number of Business Objects consultants specialize in the product.

Creating a good business intelligence system (using Business Objects or any other BI package) often requires determining key performance indicators (KPI) for a given business. KPIs are metrics, either financial or non-financial, that are good indicators of the performance of a company. Domain or market knowledge as well as an understanding of the particular company are usually required to determine key performance indicators.

The objective of a business intelligence report is to present actionable information in as simple of a form as possible. Useful reports often aggregate an enormous amount of data into simple tables and charts. Before becoming a report (in a simplified example), systems have aggregated operational data into a data warehouse using extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes. Then BI software has analyzed data contained in the warehouse to build that report. Users of the reports are often clueless as to the processes and data crunching that was required to generate the report. That is an indicator of a good business intelligence system… reporting that is deceptive simple.

Network Marketing Opportunity - How To Build Your MLM Business Fast!

Wednesday 19 September 2007 @ 12:11 pm

Using the network marketing opportunity as a vehicle to achieve your financial dreams is real. How you take advantage of this opportunity to reach your goals is a completely different ball game.

From the moment you start in your MLM business you have to decide one thing…whether you are going to adopt the herd mentality and get the same results as everyone else or whether you want to get there in double quick time!

You see, the failure rate in the network marketing opportunity is horrendous; some suggest 90% don’t make it but the truth is, this figure is closer to 95%.

Think Outside The Box

Following an MLM system aside, if you want to reach your level of financial independence quicker then you need to be above the herd mentality and do something that sets you aside from the pack.

While everyone else is following the same set of rules ask yourself this… if you join them and use those exact same rules and methods are you going to achieve your forecast success any quicker?

Taking that first crucial step to joining a network marketing opportunity is a step in the right direction. If you do what everyone else is doing then you’ll be following the pack. However, it’s now when you need to ask yourself if you are willing to stand out from the herd.

In other words, take a slightly opposite track to everyone else. Fast track your path to financial freedom by thinking outside the box. Keep thinking of that 95% attrition rate and then spur yourself to take massive action.

Your sponsor did his job by signing you up into the network marketing opportunity. Chances are though, your sponsor is one of the herd and most times won’t have the “above the herd” mentality. Question is… do you?
