An important key for KE;YWORDCAPS% is the ability to fully understand what the role of a leader involves.
One of the most critical roles of a leader is the most obvious - the ability and willingness to take the lead and to motivate the team to follow.
Generally speaking everyone falls into one of three categories:
1. People who make things happen
2. People who watch things happen, and,
3. People who ask “What happened?”
The role of a leader is to make things happen. A leader is the person, who has not only developed good leadership skills, but has the ability to make things happen. Great leaders make KE;YWORDCAPS% part of their lifestyle. The role of a leader plays out, not only in the work environment, but in every area of life. Good leaders take the lead at work, at home, with family, in their church, in their community, and often this is in a volunteer position. Leaders are the ones who step up to the plate and do what it takes to get the results that are needed.
Part of the leader’s role involves leading by example. A leader is not just the person who takes charge or wears the “leader’s” badge. True leadership is about serving, and making sure the job gets done. The role of a leader is to be a role-model for those who follow. Good leaders are there, setting the example by being part of the team. Leaders start a little earlier, they work a little harder, and they stay a little later. Great leaders never ask anyone to do something that they wouldn’t do themselves. As the head of the team, leaders continually look for ways to make it easier for their team members to do their jobs. Good leaders accept complete responsibility for the achievement of the overall goal, They are leaders because they continually lead.

It has become more popular for web sites to offer places for customer feedback on the products they either like or dislike after purchase. While this may discourage sales of some products, it is better to have the customer ratings to weed out the less than worthy products than to have a higher volume of unhappy customers and a long line at the customer service desk! Complaints about customer service in general have risen because of the tendency to hire people who have only been trained to keep the dissatisfied at bay rather than providing quality service to aid the customers and promote a more positive environment for all involved.
Ratings about paper shredders can be found on store sites, office supply sites, manufacturer sites, blogs and more. The lower ratings on paper shredders seemed to be primarily from the personal type shredders. For the most part, the complaints seem to be that the shredders are listed to have a higher capacity input than they are actually capable of. This is poor advertisement on the part of the company who makes or sells the shredders and makes the consumer shy about buying future products of the same brand.
Ratings from the public can be a valuable tool for the consumer. If you do decide to voice your opinion to rate a paper shredder, please make it as detailed as possible to help the person understand exactly why this product was not up to par. It can also help the company that made the product see where the major flaws are so that improvements can be made in the future to provide a better quality product.
Poor ratings include everything from paper jams, lower capacity input, to overheated motors and waste receptacles that crack easily. A few complained about the power switches, but only a few. The negative ratings did seem to focus more on the regular household personal paper shredders, which are meant only for light use and low volume shredding. While it is a good idea to check the ratings and feedback, keep in mind that these small machines were meant for small volumes and short run times. If you neglect to read the instructions and try to overload the capabilities of the shredder or run it too long for the small motor to handle, there is certain to be trouble. Is it really fair to blame the manufacturer and call in a warranty complaint because of your own neglect? Unfortunately, there are people who will try to blame the company instead of taking responsibility for their own actions. But for the most part, checking the ratings of any home appliance, including the paper shredders is a great idea. It is better to be forewarned than to be shocked and disappointed after your purchase.
One complaint about personal, inexpensive shredders is that they break easier. They tend to be made with plastic gears, which is why they are inexpensive. So it is more important to treat them gently. Above all, remember that gears need lubrication to continue to operate smoothly.

In this article the author discusses an interesting trend happening in the general marketplace. Focused niche businesses are successfully giving potential customers solutions to what they want quicker than the less focused traditional general businesses with broad product solutions. A small focused online business can afford to offer a greater amount of solutions focused on a small market need because of the low cost involved in having a small online business. A small online business can be established for as little as $50 per month. This is an order of magnitude less than traditional brick and mortar business. So when a customer is looking for something in particular they will have a greater chance of finding exactly what they want instead of taking a less desirable solution from a traditional business.
This success of focused marketing small business online is driving a change where traditional mass media marketing is loosing market share to more focused online business marketing. This is because more people are finding a closer match to what they want quicker and easier on the internet. With more people looking for product solutions on the internet means that less people a looking at traditional mass advertising on TV and other mass media. This is allowing small businesses to successfully compete using low cost online business resources.
What is your strategy for network marketing? Do you even have one? If not, don’t feel like you are unique.
Despite all the good intentions of MLM uplines, the simple truth is, not everyone joining a network marketing business is going to be receptive to the system.
Is this a good thing? Who knows but with building an MLM business built on the principles of following a system I guess perhaps it’s not in the best interests of those involved if everyone else is following the same network marketing strategy.
On the other hand, someone new coming into a business with fresh ideas shows a certain amount of initiative and that’s what you like to see in a new distributor. There is no network marketing strategy that is a magic formula to growing your business. But there is something pretty close to it.
Targeted Prospects
The bottom line is…find a group of prospects who are firstly interested in your business model and secondly, getting them to take a look at it. You’re probably cringing at this minute and thinking “Duh! Isn’t that what everyone does?”
Sure, but how many distributors are actually successful at achieving just one of these principles let alone both. If you get these two things spot on consistently, you cannot help your recruitment efforts and build your downline with this network marketing strategy.
Granted, there is still plenty of work to do down the track with people but that’s for another article. For the time being, you need to find prospects interested in your business and then getting them to look at what you have to offer. The simplicity is mind boggling but when these two factors are married into one exciting things will happen.
Duplicating Your Efforts
Once you have these two recruiting strategies down to a fine art and you teach your team to follow your system to a tee and effectively then the magic begins to happen. It’s a strategy for network marketing which has stood the test of time and will continue to do so.
The bureau of prison has a list of items they allow and it applies to all federal prison camps. Your ID is a must. The best thing to do in my opinion is to call the institution which you have been assigned and ask for a list of item permitted and also those that are necessary.
The reason I say that is because each prison camp is under the control of a warden or a camp administrator and they have the final say in the matter with their own rules.
Prison camps are more lenient than actual prison, asking question is your best bet because I have seen inmates come into the camp with their personal watches and even their sneakers.
What about my wedding ring?
Yes, you can have your wedding ring but it has to be a plain band with no stones on it. Again, call the institution to be certain because rules change.
Important note:
Make sure you bring the items you want during check-in because once you are in, family members will be limited to what they can mail to you.
Master List Building with Michael Cheney - A Review
If you have been around internet marketing for even a short time, you will have heard the phrase “the money is in the list”. Of course this does not only relate to marketing on the internet. All businesses and not-for-profit organizations keep mailing lists of customers, prospects, donors, and so on. The difference in internet marketing is how the list is kept and used: it is opt in email list marketing rather than physical mailing. This means it is very easy to send information to your list - you can email thousands of people every day, if you want to, as long as you keep within the spam laws. If you did the same thing by physical mail, your printing and shipping costs would be huge!
Most internet marketers start an opt in list using the ’squeeze page’ method: giving something away for free in return for the prospect’s email address. This usually works very well, especially if you can give away something that is attractive to your target subscribers, but how do you get them to visit your website to see your free offer in the first place? One way is to use giveaway events, but Michael Cheney (of Michael’s Traffic Videos) built his list of over 20,000 people in a completely different way, and this 87 minute audio interview will tell you how. It is an interesting tactic and I wonder how many internet marketers have built such a large list using only this method? Or even dreamed that it was possible?
Internet marketers often say that you can hope to make $1 a month per subscriber from your list. That would mean Michael is raking in $20,000 from his subscriber list alone. Some marketers claim to reach much higher profit levels than this. I am not sure where this ‘average’ $1 figure comes from or how accurate it is but I do know that if you want to get anywhere near it, you must know how to treat your list. That means knowing when to email them, what to send them, how to get them to buy from you instead of from the other marketers who are sending them the same offers - in other words, how to build a profitable mailing list. You will discover more about this plus other aspects of lucrative opt in email list marketing in Michael Cheney’s new Master List Building interview at http://www.masterlistbuilding.info
